Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. It calms the damaged or overactive nerves by acting on the brain, thereby decreasing the sensation of pain. This way it improves your mood and reduces tiredness that can be caused by the pain. Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and heartburn. HOW TO USE
Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Pregabalin which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

– Alcohol : UNSAFE – It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR. – Pregnancy : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR – Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Please consult your doctor. – Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED – Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
IF MISS
If you miss a dose of Zerodol-PG 200/75 Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
