However, it does not decrease the size of the prostate. Alfoo 10mg Tablet PR is advised to take it in a dose and duration as per prescription. It should be taken with food, but take at the same time regularly. Swallow the medicine as a whole without crushing or chewing it. If you miss a dose of Alfoo 10mg Tablet PR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
