DESCRIPTION
CB-Lin Tablet is a dopamine agonist. It is used for the treatment of a high level of prolactin. It is also helpful in stopping breast milk production in cases of stillbirth, abortion, or miscarriage. CB-Lin Tablet should be taken with food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor’s advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a drink of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, headache, dizziness, and low blood pressure. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. To overcome dizziness, you must avoid driving or rise slowly from sitting or lying position. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have ever had high blood pressure after birth, or had heart disease. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Your doctor may check blood pressure regularly while taking this medicine.

HOW TO USE
CB-Lin Tablet works by decreasing the release of prolactin, a hormone that stimulates breast milk production. This stops the production of breast milk in case of stillbirth, abortion or miscarriage.
SAFETY ADVICE
– Alcohol : CAUTION – Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with CB-Lin Tablet. Please consult your doctor. – Pregnancy : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED – CB-Lin Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. – Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR – CB-Lin Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. CB-Lin Tablet is usually not used during breastfeeding because it suppresses lactation. – Driving : UNSAFE – CB-Lin Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. – Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED – CB-Lin Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of CB-Lin Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. – Liver : CAUTION – CB-Lin Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of CB-Lin Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
IF MISS
If you miss a dose of CB-Lin Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
