Pregastar Plus SR 75 Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. It helps to decrease pain by controlling calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. It also provides essential nutrients to the body. Pregastar Plus SR 75 Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are using it for and how well it helps your symptoms. Use it regularly and do not discontinue using it until the doctor tells you it is alright to stop. The most common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, sleepiness, and tiredness. If you experience any side effects that does not go away or worsen, you should let your doctor know. HOW TO USE
Pregastar Plus SR 75 Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Folic Acid is also a form of vitamin B which provides essential nutrients to the nerves. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

IF MISS
If you miss a dose of Pregastar Plus SR 75 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
